Delegate Dillon moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §5B-11-1, §5B-11-2, §5B-11-3, and §5B-11-4, all relating to creating the King Coal Highway Economic Advisory Board; providing for legislative findings; appointing authority members; providing for terms of membership; providing for certain membership and meeting requirements; providing that members are not compensated; providing for certain powers and duties; and requiring annual reporting to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance.
